Origins emerged after years of trying to understand why meaningful people kept encountering the same invisible patterns.
After leaving my corporate role in software engineering, I set out to find ways to bring meaningful contribution to my own work. Corporate coaching fulfilled some of that, but as I dug deeper into the frameworks, methodologies, and science behind what makes a human feel connected to their work, I began noticing similar patterns. Many assessments and studies seemed to answer one aspect, but also left more questions.
I developed Origins to give language to those recurring patterns—not so people could become someone else, but so they could recognize what had already been entrusted to them.
